Harris County District Attorney Testifies at Grand Jury

The Harris County District Attorney testified before the grand jury in regards to the mobile DWI testing vehicles that were used by Houston Police Department.  These vehicles had breath testing equipment inside and were used in the prosecution in many driving while intoxicated cases.  Their reliability has come into question, when an former expert for the state, testified that there were known problems with the reliabilty of the tests.  To read the entire article, click here.
