Two persons who were arrested last November claim that the officers physically abused them and threatened to “make stuff up”. Conveniently, parts of the encounter were not captured by the onboard dashcam. Harris County District Attorney Testifies at Grand Jury

The Harris County District Attorney testified before the grand jury in regards to the mobile DWI testing vehicles that were used by Houston Police Department. These vehicles had breath testing equipment inside and were used in the prosecution in many driving while intoxicated cases.
